As you approach Lichfield, just after Streethay Boat Yard, take the A5127 (Lichfield Industrial Estate). You will pass The Anchor public house on your right and Trent Valley train station on your left. At the traffic island, turn right onto A5192 Eastern Avenue. Contunue approximaletly 0.3 miles until you reach a pedestrian crossing lights. Turn right onto Netherstowe Lane. Take the fisrt left left and take the right fork down a private drive. The Old Coach House is the first property you will see. Carry on straight down the driveway, passing The Old Coach House on the right hand side. Parking to the left and right for both Netherstowe House and Neterhstowe Mews.
From A38 (South)
Follow A38 Lichfield. As you appraoch the roundabout turn right onto the AS8 to Burton-Upon-Trent. Do not follow signs for the City Centre. Take the next sliproad for Lichfield A5192. At T-junction turn left onto the A5192. At both islands go straight ahead onto Eastern Avenue, signposted Rugeley (A51)/Trent Valley Industrial Estate. Contunue approximaletly 0.3 miles until you reach a pedestrian crossing lights. Turn right onto Netherstowe Lane. Take the fisrt left left and take the right fork down a private drive. The Old Coach House is the first property you will see. Carry on straight down the driveway, passing The Old Coach House on the right hand side. Parking to the left and right for both Netherstowe House and Neterhstowe Mews.
From A51 (Stafford)
Follow the A51 towards Lichfield passing through Rugeley. Half a mile after passing the traffic island at the juntion with the A515, you will come to a set of traffic lights (Hedgehog public house on right), turn left onto Eastern Avenue following signs for the A38, Burton/Birmingham. Continue through the residentials area for one and a half miles passing a garage on the left. Contunue approximaletly 0.3 miles until you reach a pedestrian crossing lights. Turn left onto Netherstowe Lane. Take the fisrt left left and take the right fork down a private drive. The Old Coach House is the first property you will see. Carry on straight down the driveway, passing The Old Coach House on the right hand side. Parking to the left and right for both Netherstowe House and Neterhstowe Mews.
From A461 (Walsall)
As you reach Lichfiedl you will come to a large traffic island (Bowling Green public house). Take the third exit, following A51 Tamworth/A38 Burton, signposted Trent Valeey Industrial Estate. At the next island, turn left into Birmingham Road, following signs for A38 Burton/Trent Valeey Industrial Estate. Continue past Lichfield City train station on your right, until the large traffic island, then take the second exit onto Eastern Avenue following Rugelely (A51)/Trent Valley Industrial Estate. Contunue approximaletly 0.3 miles until you reach a pedestrian crossing lights. Turn right onto Netherstowe Lane. Take the fisrt left left and take the right fork down a private drive. The Old Coach House is the first property you will see. Carry on straight down the driveway, passing The Old Coach House on the right hand side. Parking to the left and right for both Netherstowe House and Neterhstowe Mews.
